Merry Christmas from the Leaf Logic Team!! We know how sweet Christmas time is! Why not make a latte that is almost as sweet?!

Here’s an easy How To for this busy Christmas season!

What You’ll Need to Make a Dark Chocolate Chai Latte :

1 - You’re favorite mug

2 - You’re favorite chocolate bar / chocolate squares. My favorite is Alter Eco Chocolate. I prefer my chocolate to be dark… very dark :)

3 - 1 serving of Chai Concentrate. We have made a couple recipes that you can choose which one you prefer. Check out our Pumpkin Chai Concentrate or our classic Chai Concentrate.

4 -Frothed Milk if you want that fluffy goodness in your latte. We have a recipe on our blog to make this yummy goodness. You can use any kind of milk that you prefer! Whether it be 2% whole milk, almond, soy, or even hemp!

5 - Sweetness ( optional ) for that relaxing delectable taste.

How to Make your Dark Chocolate Chai Latte :

Step 1 - Set out everything you need. If you haven’t made your chai concentrate yet, now would be the perfect time! You can start to simmer your milk for frothing to get it warm and ready for frothing.

Step 2 - Put two squares of chocolate into your favorite mug.

Step 3 - Add your desired sweetness. You can add honey, maple syrup, date syrup, or even sugar. My personal favorite is high-quality date syrup, but I used honey this time for a bit of sweetness.

Step 4 - Once you put your squares in, you can add your chai concentrate and stir immediately. Remember to leave enough room for your frothed milk. The chocolate will melt very fast (depending on how hot your concentrate has become.
