Our #1 Seller!!! I worked for over a year to create this blend to make sure to have the perfect balance of spices and to source the most exceptional ingredients I could find. I wanted a caffeine free chai option that focused on the chai spices themselves and finally finalized this one in February of 2014 I love sipping chai lattes in the evening and so I would work throughout the day on different blends and different ratios and always know it could be just a little bit better. After over a year of formulating, sipping and reformulating, I introduced this blend into the collection in February of 2014. One of my favorite things about this blend is that many of the ingredients have studies that show they help with digestion and immune support! It is also caffeine free, so it is the perfect tea to serve after a dinner party, as a pot of tea to enjoy with the family in the evening, or simply a delicious treat throughout the day! I thoroughly enjoy this chai with a little bit of milk and a touch of maple syrup … when I’m feeling adventurous ;) ! Product Description :

Brew: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 5-7 minutes. Take time to take a few deep breathes and relax. After the tea has reached the desired strength, strain out the loose leaf and savor the superior flavor found in a cup of the Leaf Logic Collection.

Herbal Infusion: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 15 minutes to 4 hours. This will draw out more of the properties from the herbs and ensure maximum benefits into your tea cup. Strain out the loose leaf and serve hot or over ice.

Ingredients: Organic red rooibos, organic ceylon cinnamon, organic cardamon pods, organic ginger, organic fennel seed, organic anise seed, organic star anise, organic cloves, organic allspice
