Meet the Blend :

Tiger Fire Chai is a bold kick of chai spices. It is spicier than our popular Kansas Sunset Chai as Tiger Fire has peppercorns as well as more ginger! It is fantastic in a latte! Bold kick of chai spices for a robust cup of tea. I finalized this blend in February of 2014 along with Kansas Sunset Chai. I wanted a blend that would focus on the real chai spices but that was a bit extra spicy! It is a rooibos base so there is no caffeine and is perfect to sip after dinner as the ingredients are also fantastic to naturally help with digestion! This brew is perfect to serve with a dash of cream!

I worked on this blend for almost a year and through the entire winter before I finalized it, I had a pot of different formulations simmering on the wood burning stove throughout the day. The smell would fill the house with chai happiness and after dinner we would sip the delicious wellness! I hope you enjoy it just as much as I do!

Product Description :

Brew: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 5-7 minutes. Take time to take a few deep breathes and relax. After the tea has reached the desired strength, strain out the loose leaf and savor the superior flavor found in a cup of the Leaf Logic Collection.

Herbal Infusion: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 15 minutes to 4 hours. This will draw out more of the properties from the herbs and ensure maximum benefits into your tea cup. Strain out the loose leaf and serve hot or over ice.

Ingredients: Organic ceylon cinnamon, organic ginger, organic green rooibos, organic cardamon pods, organic fennel seed, organic anise seed, organic star anise, organic cloves, organic peppercorns, organic allspice

Taste: Delicious blend of chai spices balanced with sweet anise and fennel and warming cardamon and stronger ginger.
