Meet the Blend :

A perfect and energizing way to start the day! It is definitely one of my favorites! I worked on this blend for quite a few years to find the perfect balance of different black teas to make it the right balance of light and malty. I also took my time to find the perfect balance of bergamot for a refreshing Earl Grey experience with just enough bergamot to liven the taste buds, but not too much that you want to spit it out, like some Earl Grey teas I've tried! I finalized this blend in January of 2016, but we only sold it to our wholesale customers for a few years until the end of 2018 when we finally moved it into a retail jar and gave customers the option to buy it to brew at home! I love the full leaf teas in this blend and the premium bergamot which allows you to brew the same leaves multiple times and still get the fullness of flavor! This is one of my go-to morning teas and I often even have it with a little cream - based on the suggestion of a wonderful British gentleman I met while serving tea at an event years ago who said in shock “You can’t drink Earl Grey without cream!”. Product Description:

Brew: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 2-3 minutes.Take time to take a few deep breathes and relax. After the tea has reached the desired strength, strain out the loose leaf and savor the superior flavor found in a cup of the Cozy Leaf Collection.
